  • Responsible for contract validation process and fulfillment of mandatory documents at branch.
  • Responsible for verification & bridging the administrative process between head office and -branch.
  • Responsible for all administrative tasks at branch.
  • Monitor and ensure the accuracy of data entry and reporting related to business operations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in any major
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools
  • Strong attention to detail and good filing management
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
