Job Description
- Organize and conduct discussions with ASTRA Affiliated Companies (Affco)
- Provide attractive collaboration package offers that align with the needs presented by ASTRA Affco
- Assist partners in the collaboration review process
- Coordinate with partners to establish effective collaboration processes, including information sharing, evaluation, and referral processes
- Gather information from partners (based on signed agreements or ad-hoc), and provide feedback and information from AstraPay to the partner
- Monitor the performance and achievement of targets from existing partners, and prepare reports (both regular and ad-hoc) for internal and external circulation, ensuring continuous improvement processes are in place
- Serve as the Liaison Officer (LO) for all matters related to ASTRA Affco, ranging from PKS renewal management, joint promotional program development, to open discussions for exploring potential collaborations with Affco
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Communiation, Marketing, or any related fields
- 1-2 years of experience in FinTech or E-Commerce would be a plus
- Good communication skills
- Ability to handle complaints effectively
