Experience
Who You Are:
- 8-10 years of experience in a creative/design agency or similar environment, working
with brands that prioritize new age design thinking, digital and social media.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.

- Creative Vision: A strong ability to craft compelling visual and written narratives that align
with brand strategy and consumer insights.
- Social Media Expertise: Expertise in creating communication strategies focused on
social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Product Design Acumen: Experience in designing product packaging and ensuring it
aligns with the brand’s premium positioning.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire and lead creative teams, with strong collaboration
skills to work across marketing and product development.
- Trend Sensitivity: Keen eye for emerging trends in both design and digital
communication to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Conceptualization & Identity Creation: Conceptualize and create new brands.
Formulate identity, packaging & communication for the same. Additionally evaluate and
revive the brand health of existing brands from design & communication point of view.
- Creative Strategy: Develop and implement creative strategies that define the visual and
verbal identity of Indobevs’ product lines, with a focus on upcoming product launches.
- Product Design: Lead product packaging and design efforts, ensuring they are
innovative and reflective of consumer tastes.
- Consumer Communication: Design communication strategies, especially on social
media, to create engaging and relevant brand stories.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of content across digital platforms, ensuring it
aligns with the overall brand aesthetic and voice.
