In this role, you’ll be instrumental in driving customer engagement, retention, and loyalty through data-driven strategies and personalized experiences. Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic CRM Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy to drive customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value
• Campaign Management: Lead the design, execution, and optimization of email, SMS, and in-app messaging campaigns using tools like Optimove and Twilio
• Customer Segmentation: Build and refine audience segments to deliver personalized and impactful campaigns based on behavior, preferences, and lifecycle stages
• Data-Driven Decision-Making: Analyze campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and implement insights to continuously improve CRM effectiveness
• Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer operations teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, with a strong focus on gaming, igaming, or sweepstakes industries.
• Technical Proficiency: Deep familiarity with CRM platforms (Optimove preferred), SMS/email marketing tools (Twilio preferred), and customer segmentation strategies
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of poker, sweepstakes, or real-money gaming, including trends, customer behavior, and compliance requirements
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on storytelling and customer-centric messaging
