The Role

We’re looking for a Content Creator who thrives on creativity and innovation. Reporting to our Marketing Manager, this dynamic role is responsible for capturing and editing high-quality photo and video assets for use across organic, paid, print, and digital channels. You’ll lead content creation for our social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, while managing our online community and supporting marketing campaigns.

What You’ll Do

  • Content Strategy: Plan and execute a content calendar aligned with brand messaging and marketing goals
  • Identify content opportunities, such as events or campaigns, and develop plans to capture impactful assets
  • Lead social content strategy for new clinic openings to ensure timely, engaging rollouts
  • Content Creation: Capture and edit on-brand content tailored to platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and paid ads
  • Write clear, engaging copy for social media content, leveraging brand guidelines and AI tools
  • Collaborate with photographers and videographers to produce high-production-quality assets, including scheduling and coordinating models
  • Social Media Management: Manage and monitor all social platforms, ensuring cohesive messaging across channels
  • Engage with the community by responding to DMs, comments, and inquiries within 24 hours
  • Track trends, analyze performance, and optimize content to improve engagement
  • Support influencer partnerships and coordinate their activities
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze and report on social media performance, delivering actionable insights
  • Provide regular updates on organic and social campaign results
  • Collaboration and Tools: Partner with marketing, design, and product teams to align on brand initiatives
  • Use tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and social media management platforms (e.g., Later, ManyChat, Sprout Social) to produce and schedule content
  • Content Coordination: Oversee blog content creation schedules to maintain consistent publishing and drive SEO performance. (Note: This role does not involve blog writing.)

What You’ll Bring

  • Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or similar tools)
  • A keen understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a focus on meeting deadlines
  • Creativity, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset
  • Ability to travel regularly to support content creation and business needs

Your Success Metrics

  • Publish 3–6 organic social posts weekly across platforms
  • Respond to 100% of DMs, comments, and tags within 24 hours (business days)
  • Provide 5–10 new ad assets biweekly for paid campaigns
  • Increase or maintain engagement rates month-over-month
  • Deliver timely monthly reports on social performance
  • Meet 95% of deadlines for campaigns and content rollouts
  • Maintain consistent blog content publishing schedules
