Duties And Essential Functions

  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong PC computer skills and ability to learn print software and print jobs required
  • Ability to manage daily tasks and operate with minimal supervision
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks at the same time
  • Set up, calibrate, and clean machine in advance of a production cycle.
  • Lead changeovers of machinery and ensure equipment is put back together properly and calibrated.
  • Create, review, prepare, and load files for print with a high attention to detail
  • Create all templates in the print software for easy change over
  • Help determine priorities to enable productive workflow
  • Monitor machines in operations and adjust as needed
  • Maintain printer and inventory supplies as needed
  • Monitor quality of job output for correctness and image quality
  • Responsible for overseeing and ensuring documentation is correct for the entire run and all materials match up with specific runs per instruction by packaging lead/manager. Including but not limited to labels, packaging/ material specs, Lot #, Strain, Brand, and inspections of product.
  • Ensure and review accuracy in data entry and ensure production forms are filled out correctly and consistently
  • Troubleshoot issues throughout the machine process
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently with cross-functional team members and managers
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

  • Minimum High School or G.E.D. equivalent required
  • Must be an Arizona resident
  • Able to obtain an Arizona Facility Agent Card
  • PC Literate
  • Knowledge of Bartender and Zebra Designer program
  • At least 2+ years of cannabis experience is required
  • Basic compliance knowledge
