Job Description

A renown nonprofit organization is seeking an Executive Assistant to their executive team and will be working in the Office of the CEO. As the Executive Assistant, you will have previous experience as an Executive Assistant and will be proactive, organized, and immediately available. This is a contract to hire role and will be in-office.

Description

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives and leadership by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements
  • Act as the main point of contact for executives and act as the gatekeeper
  • Handle all expenses and reimbursements as needed
  • Organize and manage meetings, both internal and external, including logistics, agendas, and minutes
  • Assist with in-office support such as handling office logistics, overall office organization, ordering supplies, answering phones/emails, and assisting at reception
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the overall success of the nonprofit’s mission.

Profile

  • 2-3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Office Manager
  • Ability to work in-office as needed in Manhattan
  • Must be immediately available to start a new role
  • Excellent written & verbal skills
  • Strongly proficient using Microsoft Office
