We seek a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our team with experience/exposure to Gen AI services, optimize CRM workflows, and review consumer login and registration journeys.
What You’ll Do For Us
- Develop and review consumer login and registration journeys
- Develop and review consumer profiles to support progressive profile capability for KO CDP
Key Responsibilities.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Assist in managing CRM platforms to improve customer engagement and retention.
- Analyze CRM data to identify trends, customer needs, and areas for enhancement.
- Support the team in automating workflows and maintaining data integrity.
- Consumer Journey Review
- Conduct audits of consumer login and registration journeys to identify pain points and recommend improvements.
- Ensure user journeys are intuitive, secure, and aligned with best practices.
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to implement feedback and monitor impact.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure CRM journeys align with business requirements.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings.
- Reporting and Documentation
- Create detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings, recommendations, and outcomes.
- Maintain documentation on CRM workflows, and consumer journey updates.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Currently pursuing a degree?in a related major with a final graduation date no earlier than December 2025.
- Experience/Exposure with AI content generation tools
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Understanding of user experience (UX) design principles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
