Position Overview

As a Finance Intern at The Coca-Cola Company, you will have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in a fast-paced, global environment. You will support various financial activities, including financial reporting, analytics, and process improvements, while collaborating with interdisciplinary finance teams. Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities

  • Analytics:
    • Design reporting solutions in Power BI to promote data quality and financial insights.
    • Analyze financial trends, variances, and key performance metrics.
    • Design and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with cross-functional finance teams to ensure alignment and consistency in financial reporting.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on financial performance and strategy.
    • Assist in special projects and initiatives as required.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting accuracy and efficiency.
    • Enhance financial reconciliation between KO IT applications and external reporting.
    • Ad-hoc project based work.
  • Forecast Review:
    • Support the review and analysis of financial forecasts for accuracy.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and validate forecasting assumptions.
    • Assist in the preparation of detailed forecast reports for management review.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s is a plus) with a final graduation date no earlier than December 2025.

Functional Skills

  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial modeling.
  • Experience with Power BI is required.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Monthly Compensation:$4,506
