About the role

Join the dynamic team at JPR Law Pty Ltd as a junior solicitor in our Potts Point office. This is a full-time role where initially you will play a key part in providing property law services to our existing and expanding client base.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conducting property settlements and conveyancing transactions for residential, commercial and off-the-plan properties
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, transfers, and associated conveyance documentation
• Liaising with clients, real estate agents, lenders and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth conveyancing process
• Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all transactions
• Providing advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of their property transactions
• Manage conveyancing files from the beginning to the end of the matter

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working within a law firm or conveyancing practice
• Working knowledge of property law and legislation, conveyancing processes and PEXA
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and other stakeholders
• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• A customer-focused approach and the ability to provide outstanding client service
