Distribution Resource Planning Associate

We’re officially on the search for a Distribution Resource Planning Associate to join our Chicago-based team. The DRP Associate will support the operations team in collecting and collating inventory data used for finished good location planning. They would also assist in managing NetSuite searches and reports as well as updating Excel documents used for weekly meetings.

The Deets:

• Assist with the creation and proof reading of weekly inventory and sales reports.
• Assist with the review of Purchase Order traffic and allocating all beverage inventory to customers.
• Help distribute factory inventory to GHOST distribution centers to meet regional supply needs while keeping capacity levels steady.
• Ensure production matches the planned schedule and quantity. Compare sales to forecasts to keep inventory moving and meet customer needs on time.
• Follow up with warehouse and fulfillment teams on the timing and completion of heavy transaction volumes.
• Coordinate updates with 3PLs and the logistics teams on warehouse capacity.
• Act as the resource planning backup to the Distribution Resource Planning Sr. Manager.
• Cross reference fulfillment team truck sheets to ensure the distribution resource plan is being executed properly.
• Provide general day-to-day support to the DRP Sr. Manager as needed with regards to securing, entering and proof-reading data.
• Assist in troubleshooting any issues impacting the customer supply chain OTIF standards as needed.
• Provide support for all manufacturing, Warehousing, 3PL, QA testing, and order entry operations.
• Provide order tracking and inventory availability to internal and external customers.
• Assist in managing the flow of short-dated inventory including allocations for direct-to-consumer (DTC), flash-sales, marketing promotions, volume discounting, and internal company use.

The Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Operations, Business, or related field preferred
• 1+ year data entry experience in an ERP (NetSuite preferred)
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Some customer-facing experience preferred
• Wholesale experience preferred
