Job Description

Your mission

As an IT Administrator at Anyline you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s internal IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability. This role involves administering user systems, providing technical support, and implementing IT policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain internal IT systems, including servers, networks, and software applications.
  • Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
  • Assisting employees in setting up all devices across locations.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures.
  • Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity.
  • Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand and address their IT needs.
  • Document IT processes, procedures, and configurations.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
  • Proficiency in managing MacOS/Windows/Linux servers and Active Directory.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., Azure, Google, AWS) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
