Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support: data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.

Scheduling: Managing appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.

Mail Handling: Sorting incoming mail and distributing it to the appropriate recipients, as well as preparing outgoing mail.

Customer Service: Providing assistance and information to clients, customers, and other visitors in a professional manner.

Office Supplies Management: Ordering office supplies as needed, and ensuring that office equipment is in working order.

Assisting with Special Projects: Supporting other departments or teams with specific tasks or projects as required.

Problem Solving: Addressing issues or concerns that arise at the front desk and finding solutions efficiently.

Maintaining a Clean and Organized Workspace: Keeping the front desk area tidy and presentable at all times.

Compliance: Adhering to company policies and procedures, as well as maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Multitasking: Handling multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines and ensure smooth operations.

Sales: understanding cusstomer needs and preferences, presenting the features and benefits of the product or service.

Cashier: able to explain and provide the right invoice for each cutomer.
