We are seeking a friendly and organized Service Call Center Operator to join our team at Dick Hannah Dealerships. In this role, you will schedule necessary service work, maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business. Service Call Center Compensation and Benefits:

Service Call Center Competitive Salary: $18-$20/per hour, depending on experience.

Generous Paid Time Off (PTO): We prioritize work-life balance, offering industry-leading PTO. New full-time employees accrue 4 hours per pay period, totaling approximately 96 hours in the first year, with increases over time.

Service Call Center Responsibilities:

  • Operate multi-line phone system
  • Operate computer
  • Provide customer service support
  • Follows up with customer declined repairs (CDR), to schedule needed work
  • Reviews daily appointment schedule and adjusts team assignments as necessary
  • Check in/out rental cars
  • Ensures rental cars are cleaned and gassed for next customer
  • Verifies/collects payment of rental car, by customer or dealership

Service Call Center Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills (including listening, speaking).
  • Ability to read, speak and understand English.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work alone, self motivate and manage one’s own time.
  • Physical ability to use computer hardware/software.
  • Team player with a positive attitude
