Assistant Manager – NPD (Gold)

The business has successfully launched 12 stores by Dec 2024 under the brand name Indriya with plans to ramp up multiple folds in coming year. The initial customer response has been very encouraging.

Person Profile

A successful candidate should have at least 3 – 5 years of experience in new product development in the Jewellery industry.

• A strong background in new product development in a leading jewellery manufacturing firm.
• Specifically, the successful candidate should have:
• Exposure to all the aspects and functions of jewellery prototyping and development.
• Should know all the NPD processes.
• Should have exposure to Jewellery manufacturing processes.
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Design / degree in design/ Bachelor in engineering/ Diploma in Design/ Development.
