Job Description
We are looking for a Commercial Controller to support all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting and financial reporting, budget, and forecasts preparation. Is key to support Sales & Marketing Departments managing P&L with fully understanding from Gross Trade Sales to Gross Profit, acting as a Financial Business Partner.
As a part of your accountabilities will be:
- Analysis of the company’s results (monthly and annual).
- Special focus on Sales & Gross Profit evolution.
- Fully understanding from Gross Profit to COOP by Client / Brand.
- Analysis of key figures of the business.
- Strict compliance with reporting timings.
- Support to Sales, Marketing and Management areas, providing all the information required.
- Support in the preparation of National and International reporting.
- Support in the Budget development and the different scenarios of the company.
- Design and development of analytical reports (focused on sales tracking, price effect and product / customer profitability analysis).
- Participation in projects to improve the company’s tools and the implementation of new systems.
- Tracing & calculation of monthly incentives for Lindt point of sales team.
- Ensure compliance with internal regulations.
Experience & tools:
- Bachelor in ADE / Economics.
- Fluent Spanish (spoken and writing skills).
- At least level C1 of English.
- 2 / 3 Years of Experience in Controlling Department.
- Will be valuable experience in FMCG.
- Advanced level of Excel. (test in the interview).
- Power BI knowledge will be a must.
- SAP knowledge.
- Knowledge of Trade Promotion.
- Will be valuable experience in Big Four Company.
