Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Co-develop and implement the annual commercial brand plan and key initiatives to drive category growth, managing all communication with the agencies, key stakeholders, partners, and suppliers together with the BM or SBM
  • Create meaningful marketing activities based on category & consumer drivers, market trends and target audience understanding. Ensure that brand plans are executed on time and flawlessly on-time in full
  • Monitors all commercial activities that are supporting the brand/category strategy
  • Oversee creative agencies to develop communication plans and brand campaigns to ensure that all brand communication contributes to enhancing respective brands’ image and brand scores.
  • Effectively collaborates with other functions (Consumer & Market Insights, Media, Trade Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Revenue Management) internally as, well as with creative, digital and media agencies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast moving and ever-changing environment with maturity and foresight to cope with input and changes
  • Assists with the development and execution of new product initiatives and launches
  • Monitor brand performance on key brand KPIs, sales, market share, and monitoring market trends, competitor activities, etc
  • Ensures effective and efficient ATL/BTL spending and budget control


Qualifications

  • :Education: Graduate Degree within Marketing or Business Managemen
  • tExperience: 1-2 years within FMCG business and relevant marketing experienc
  • eCreative mindset with ambition to create powerful marketing activitie
  • sExcellent Collaboration and Communication Skills, ability to build cross-functional relation
  • sFlexibility and agility to adapt to a changing business environmen
  • tAbility to work independently, self-motivation and passion for learning and developmen
  • tStrong Project Management skill
  • sStrong numerical literacy and analytical Skill
  • sLanguage: Fluency in English and Arabi
