Key Responsibilities
- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage executives’ calendars, coordinate appointments, and organize meetings to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Client Communication: Handle email correspondence, draft responses, and maintain client communications to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Document Preparation: Prepare, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports to support team activities.
- Research & Data Entry: Conduct online research, compile data, and perform data entry to support various projects.
- Social Media & Marketing Support: Assist with social media management, content posting, and basic marketing tasks to promote brand presence.
- Digital Organization: Organize, maintain, and update digital files, records, and databases to ensure easy access and information flow.
Requirements
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Tools: Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack). Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
