Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and effective issue resolution.
- Handle daily administrative tasks such as order processing, inventory management, and data entry with accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure consistency in customer communications and promotions.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Generate and analyze reports on customer feedback and service metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service and administrative roles, ideally within the eCommerce or luxury goods industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data management tools.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and team coordination.
