Salary: A GBP 27,000 + Service Charge and incentives

I am on the lookout for a Receptionist to join this stunning boutique hotel in Knightsbridge. As a receptionist you will be the first point of contact for the guests as well as dealing with reservations and check ins.

About The Position
- Greet the guests on check in and check out
- Ensure that a professional and friendly attitude is always maintained
- Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of guest billing, financial transactions
- Deal with guests requests and queries, recording all feedback as per our standard operating procedures
The successful candidate
- Experience in a similar role would be beneficial
- Must be well presented with flawless communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- A team player with a positive attitude
