Salary: GBP35000:GBP40000 (dependant on experience)
I am seeking a motivated and detail:oriented Architectural Technologist to join a well:established and award:winning practice in Harrogate. The team is renowned for delivering creative and innovative design solutions across Commercial, Industrial, and Residential projects, while maintaining a strong commitment to exceptional customer service. With a variety of exciting projects on the horizon, they are looking for a talented individual to help drive their vision forward.
The successful Architectural Technologist will have significant UK:based experience and strong technical abilities. You should be confident in managing a project from inception to completion whilst producing excellent technical designs. Revit knowledge is essential.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:
- Significant UK:based, post qualification experience
- CIAT accredited, or working towards accreditation
- HND/HNC or degree in Architectural Technology
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent understanding of current UK building regulations
- Brilliant communication skills
- Able to work with clients, stakeholders and team members
- Manage multiple project deadlines and workload
- Revit knowledge is essential
