Role: Project Manager
Location: Boston, MA
Requirements:
• 10-15 years of project management experience.
• Minimum 2 year’s experience in process management.
• Minimum 2 year’s experience in health insurance operations (if PMP certified) or 4 years (if not)
Preferred Skills include:
- Healthcare Payer/Payor Experience
- Knowledge of Affordability of Care (AOC) and Total Cost of Care (TCOC).
- • Experience with CQI, TQM, PDCA, PMBOK, or other formal improvement techniques.
- • Proven track record of meeting project deadlines with successful outcomes.
- Experience interacting and presenting to senior leadership on a regular basis (VP, SVP, CXO)
