We are looking for a service manager with reablement experience or an interest in reablement to join the team. Norfolk First Support delivers services to adults in Norfolk in their own homes for up to 6 weeks, assisting them to regain skills they may have lost following an illness or hospital admission. You will be responsible for all aspects of service delivery, governance, and compliance to ensure the provision of a high quality service. You will be required to prepare the service for CQC/PAMMS inspections.

You will have the support of the Senior Management Team in NFR to ensure you have all the resources necessary to ensure a smooth operation of the service.

The Service Manager will work collaboratively with other NFR services and a range of key stakeholders to consistently embed reablement practices across the area, ensuring a holistic approach to remove blockages, resolve issues, and ensure the council’s duties regarding hospital discharge are met effectively and efficiently.
