An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a small and energetic team in the La Marzocco UAE office. We are looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager.

As one of the global subsidiaries, La Marzocco Middle East DMCC has an office and showroom in Dubai.

Position:

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the Managing Director of the branch in achieving the sales and turnover targets of the reference market, contributing to the growth of our brand and the development of new markets.

You will work collaboratively with all departments to capitalise on every opportunity to reach new prospects as well as supporting existing partners, and end users. If you are a hands-on person, if you like challenges and want to contribute to the development of our business, this is the position for you!

Objectives of this role:

  • Management of Home & Commercial sales in the assigned area
  • Maintenance of existing relationships with partners
  • Communication with end customers (Home Users, Roasters, and other companies)
  • Development of direct sales for the Home sector
  • Support the Managing Director in managing the operational aspects of the branch
  • Generation and analysis of reports
  • Achievement of turnover targets for the area covered and for the various product lines
  • Help the coffee community to flourish
  • Providing support to our re-seller network in sales of the La Marzocco range, ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
  • Innovate and present new ideas and approaches to sales strategies

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales in the region
  • Flexibility to travel 50% of the time and driving license
  • A very good level of written and spoken English required
  • Proficient In Arabic
  • Previous experience in coffee industries or F&B industries and interest in specialty coffee
  • Knowledge of budgeting tools and sales planning
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Proactive and time-oriented with a positive can-do attitude.
  • Someone who can think innovatively.
  • Be personable and a strong communicator with great written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-Motivated wit
