? Seeking Recruiter for a US Recruitment & Staffing Company:

We are looking for proactive and detail-oriented recruiter to work with our clients. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for coordinating recruitment efforts, performing administrative tasks, and providing contractor care while ensuring seamless operations and accurate reporting. This role is dynamic, combining candidate sourcing and placement with strategic collaboration to meet hiring goals and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Coordination & Administration:

  • Manage open job requirements in Bullhorn and other recruitment systems.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including quality control and accuracy checks for recruitment data.
  • Act as a backup for managing VMS systems and job board postings.

Candidate Sourcing & Placement:

  • Source, engage, and build pipelines of qualified candidates through direct outreach, cold calling, and innovative strategies.
  • Conduct skill alignment screenings and qualification interviews.
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to successful placement.

HR & Reporting Support:

  • Assist with HR-related activities to ensure smooth candidate engagement.
  • Support reporting for assigned accounts and collaborate to improve recruitment processes for maximum efficiency.
  • Partner with payroll and accounting teams to ensure accurate billing and payments for contractors.

Business Development & Collaboration:

  • Leverage industry contacts to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with leadership to assess hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Participate in engagement activities to maintain high contractor care and retention standards.

Compensation

  • Hourly Rate: $7/hour (based on experience). + commission.
  • Direct Hire: Earn 10% of the placement fee after the candidate completes a 90-day guaranteed period.
  • Staffing Placement: Commission structure to be shared and discussed separately.

Schedule:

  • Part-time & Full-time
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Central Time.
