We are a leader in health and wellness, empowering members to achieve their personal best through innovative programs and services. As the Health Optimization Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in our Insights Studio, combining cutting-edge science and personalized care to support our members’ goals.
In this role, you will deliver personalized, data-driven insights to help members optimize their health and performance. You’ll conduct advanced assessments, including body composition, motion capture, and breath analysis, to provide actionable feedback. By fostering meaningful connections with members, you’ll guide them on their health journey, ensuring an exceptional experience at every step.
Collaboration is key as you’ll work with leadership to refine testing protocols and stay ahead of industry advancements. You’ll also oversee the seamless operation of the Insights Studio, maintaining equipment, processes, and standards that reflect our commitment to excellence.
We’re seeking a candidate with a degree in physiology, kinesiology, or sports science, along with expertise in wellness technology and testing protocols. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in physiology, kinesiology, or Sports Science
- Proven experience in a performance lab/testing environment or luxury wellness organization including all aspects of P&L management is required
- Experience with body composition testing, motion capture and breath analysis
- Certifications in fitness from nationally recognized fitness organization (e.g., ACSM, NCSA) are required
- Certification by American Red Cross in Adult CPR/AED required within one month of hire
