REGIONAL SALES MANAGER MICE & GROUP – HEAD OFFICE IN MILAN

Job Description

Baglioni Hotels & Resorts is looking for a Regional Sales Manager Group & MICE figure to join the MICE Department team for our HeadOffice in Milan.

The resource will be in charge of the following activities:

  • Create and implement sales action plans for the MICE and Corporate segment.
  • In agreement with the DOS, complete and follow an annual budget for room sales, a travel plan and an expense budget which will be used as working documents.
  • Provide feedback and market intelligence to the DOS regarding changing market conditions, including industry trends.
  • Research and identify potential new clients and develop an appropriate business plan that will bring increased business for Baglioni and The Palace Collection.
  • Organise client events with selected partner agencies throughout the year.
  • Develop close cooperation and excellent relations with LHW.

The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:

  • 3 years’ experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality or LHW member hotels.
  • Strong sales, negotiation and customer relationship management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of the MICE market and 5*luxury trends
  • Strong results orientation and ability to work independently
  • Willingness and flexibility for sales trips or visits to our properties
  • Fluency English, Spanish will be a plus
