Overview

LGIM America (LGIMA) is seeking a Marketing Content Manager to join a dynamic team responsible for strengthening LGIMA’s institutional brand positioning and sales opportunities throughout all key institutional channels and supporting the successful growth and development of its evolving investment capabilities. We are seeking an individual who embraces process efficiency and approaches workload with enthusiasm.

The key objective of the position is to manage the consistency of content, brand and messaging within and throughout all of the marketing materials. The Content Manager will also work closely with our Marketing, Solutions, Client Strategy, and Sales teams to ensure messaging is in direct alignment with marketing strategy. It is expected that the individual will play a critical part in defining recurring processes for this function, positioning our investment capabilities and market fluctuations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and execute procedures and processes to ensure timely execution of all marketing content. Work closely with Creative Services in the completion of marketing/collateral materials. Collaborate with internal business partners to create qualitative content.
  • Effectively manage the content production process while ensuring deadlines are met and marketing strategies are executed. Encourage mutual respect and accountability while ensuring high-quality and accurate collateral is completed, stored and delivered.
  • Ensure global integration of high-quality content across various channels and capabilities. This includes, but is not limited to, thought leadership and blog production, flagship newsletter management, digital campaign population, and RFP library enhancement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field. CFA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, including experience writing, communicating and content development. Investment acumen required.
  • Proven production management, process orientation and project/time management skills required.
  • Develop fresh ways to market content across different media, including blogs, long-form writing, presentations, podcasts and social channels.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Outstanding command of written language and grammar, highly skilled at proofreading and attention to detail. Passion for writing and a high level of creativity and intellectual curiosity.
  • Articulate, confident and driven, with the ability to work with like-minded professionals in a results-oriented, fast-paced and growing environment.
  • Ability to provide a representative writing sample to be considered for employment and/or may be asked to take an on-site writing test.

Salary Range

$110,000 – $130,000

The starting salary offer will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to the applicant’s education, job-related experience, skills, and abilities, geographic location, and market factors. This position is also eligible to participate in the company’s annual discretionary bonus plan.
