Wood is seeking a Contractor Compliance Administrator to support the team in Houston. This role is responsible for ensuring compliant on-boarding of contingent workers in a timely manner to ensure service delivery levels are met. Ensuring on-going administration/screening compliance of the contingent workforce for the duration of their assignments.
Responsibilities
- Provide full on-boarding support to hiring managers, contingent workers and the wider business
- Obtain and check screening documents, including, but not limited to, insurance policies, eligibility to work etc for all new starts
- Once fully onboarded, create and issue contracts
- Conduct second checks to ensure any discrepancies are detected and rectified
- Create and raise contracts
- Carry out annual audit checks to ensure ongoing compliance
- Process leavers, ensuring all necessary actions are taken
- Upload documentation as required
- Work within and meet tight deadlines
Qualifications
- Good standard of education – previous administration experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills And Experience
- Competent in Microsoft Office and wider IT software
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of work
- Prioritise work and manage day-to-day workload
