Full-time Receptionist (option for Part-time)
Privately-owned Allergy and Asthma practice is seeking a friendly, organized and professional full/part-time receptionist to be the welcoming face of our busy practice! We are unique and provide personal patient care, building relationships and trust with our patients. Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate patient medical records
- Answer and route phone calls, emails and inquiries efficiently
- Verify insurance information and process payments
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the healthcare team
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a medical office or similar setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems and office software
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail under pressure
- Compassionate and patient-focused mindset
