As we continue to expand our retail network, we are seeking a Retail Performance and Operations Manager to optimize in-store operations and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Analyse store and regional sales performance, identifying areas for improvement;
- Define and monitor KPIs to assess the success of retail strategies;
- Support store management teams in achieving sales targets and providing training on operational best practices;
- Ensure implementation of operational standards across all stores, to guarantee efficiency and consistency;
- Optimize stock management and internal logistics processes;
- Coordinate with internal departments to enhance in-store operations;
- Support new store openings by overseeing pre-opening and post-opening phases;
- Work on ad hoc projects related to retail expansion and strategy;
- Collaborate with the Training team to ensure sales staff deliver exceptional customer experiences;
- Handle staff uniform management and staff clothing allowances;
- Monitor customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in retail operations or performance management roles within the fashion, apparel, or luxury industries.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Results-Oriented: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Leadership: Experience in managing and motivating multidisciplinary teams.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the dynamics and challenges of the fashion and apparel retail sector.
- Languages: Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
