HR Recruiter

  • Overview:

Responsible for identifying, attracting, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. The ultimate goal is to build a talented and diverse workforce that aligns with the company’s strategic objectives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and screen potential candidates using a variety of channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.)
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability
  • Prepare and manage interview schedules with hiring managers
  • Facilitate the offer negotiation process and onboarding of new hires
  • Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and educational institutions
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and trends in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Familiarity with online job boards and social media platforms
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment and hiring laws and regulations
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills
  • Ability to use technology to streamline recruitment processes
  • Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment and hiring
  • Certified Professional Recruiter (CPR) or equivalent certification preferred
