The Role
The Brand Designer & Multimedia Specialist plays a vital role in our Internal Communications team, enhancing our internal branding, managing audiovisual content for various communication channels, and supporting the planning and execution of events. This position reports to the Internal Communications Manager and will be essential to delivering high-quality content, design, and event experiences. This ensures that internal initiatives are communicated effectively and engagingly to our tech-savvy audience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Branding and Design: Utilize your vast branding and design knowledge and experience to create and maintain visually appealing internal communication materials.
- Multimedia Creation: Support the Internal Communications team with multimedia projects and requests, ensuring high-quality visual communication.
- Internal Storytelling: Proactively understand the organization’s needs to improve our capacity to “sell” Blip stories across the Flutter Group and maintain a strong intranet presence.
- Event Media Coverage: Cover selected events/initiatives, providing photo and video content to capture and communicate the event’s success.
- Supplier engagement: Partner with different suppliers to increase audiovisual coverage frequency and efficiency. The specialist will be a daily point of contact and assess any team needs to assure that our suppliers meet the expectations in terms of both quality and deadlines.
- Collaterals and Channel Maintenance: Update and maintain key company collaterals and internal communication channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with our branding.
- Gap Identification and Action: Proactively address potential gaps in our EVP (Employee Value Proposition) and corresponding ToV (Tone of Voice), messaging, and visual identity.
- Merchandise Management: Manage company merchandise, ensuring it aligns with branding and supports internal communication efforts.
- Event Planning and Execution support: When needed, support the team in organizing and executing internal events, ensuring they are engaging, well-branded, and effectively communicated to employees.
What You’ll Bring
- Educational Background: A degree in Multimedia, Audiovisuals, Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: Experience in Communications Design, Branding, Audiovisuals and Multimedia. Copywriting and event organization experience is a plus.
- Skills and Abilities:
- High proficiency in branding, multimedia and graphic design tools from Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Video capturing and editing skills.
- Photo capturing and editing skills.
- Motion design is a plus.
- Copywriting and editing skills are a plus.
- Experience participating in event organisation and execution is a plus.
- Planning and organisational skills.
- Strong understanding of internal communications best practices.
- Proactive and able to identify and address communication gaps.
- Ability to cover and report on events through photo and video content.
- Practical collaboration skills, working with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Verbal and written communication skills in English.
