As part of our expansion, we are launching a new development site in Albergaria-a-Velha, Portugal, in the summer of 2025. We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for technical support, assisting colleagues with troubleshooting, system maintenance, and implementing IT solutions that drive business success.
What can you expect?
- You will act as the 1st contact for IT incidents, problems, service requests and changes in Testo Portugal (backed up by Testo Headquarters Helpdesk)
- Coordinate with 2nd level (mainly in Germany) when required for complex issues
- Coordinate IT Solutions for Portuguese site with local service providers
- Handle production and office devices such as computers, mobiles, monitors, printers and all meeting room equipment
- Act as global 1st level IT support when there is capacity
