Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the clubhouse in excellent condition
- Manage the operation, maintenance, and repair of all mechanical and electrical systems
- Plan and oversee project and renovation, refurbishment, and improvement projects
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and orderliness throughout the clubhouse and its facilities
- Implement and supervise security measures to safeguard the facility, visitors and assets
- Develop and manage the facilities department budget, allocating resources efficiently to meet maintenance and operational needs
Requirements
- Age max 42 years old
- Hold minimum Bachelor Degree of any major
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Candidates should demonstrate their ability to provide friendly, efficient, and personalized service to guests
- Active listening, problem-solving, maintaining a positive attitude, and going above and beyond to exceed guest expectations
- Candidates who can adapt to changing situations, handle unexpected challenges, and adjust their approach based on guest needs are highly valuable
- Strong communication skills are vital
- Interpersonal skills such as empathy, teamwork, and collaboration are essential for creating a positive and harmonious work environment
