- Oversee the entire lifecycle of client engagements, ensuring the delivery of managed services is seamless and efficient.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing initiatives to broaden the managed services portfolio.
- Manage financial aspects, including budgets and expenses, to ensure the profitability of managed services engagements.
- Set and uphold clear performance metrics to guide team performance and success.
- Create and implement an efficient onboarding process for new clients to facilitate smooth transitions.
