Remote Managing Director of Managed Services | WFH

We are on the lookout for a strategic and visionary Managing Director to lead our Managed Services practice in a fully remote capacity. You will play a pivotal role in forging strong client partnerships, motivating a talented workforce, and positioning our practice as a leader in the managed services domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute long-term strategies for the managed services practice in alignment with the broader business objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of NetSuite consultants, promoting a culture that prioritizes collaboration, excellence, and continual improvement.
• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with clients, acting as a strategic advisor and advocate for their success.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of client engagements, ensuring the delivery of managed services is seamless and efficient.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing initiatives to broaden the managed services portfolio.
• Manage financial aspects, including budgets and expenses, to ensure the profitability of managed services engagements.
• Set and uphold clear performance metrics to guide team performance and success.
• Create and implement an efficient onboarding process for new clients to facilitate smooth transitions.

• Demonstrated success in guiding teams and delivering managed services effectively.
