Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Specialist – Export, you will be responsible for managing and supporting international customer inquiries, coordinating export processes, and ensuring the timely delivery of orders. You will act as a liaison between the company and our international customers, ensuring that all export regulations and procedures are adhered to.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to international clients, addressing inquiries related to orders, shipments, and product details.
- Oversee the export process, including preparing and managing export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods via sea and land transport, while ensuring compliance with Incoterms and other international shipping regulations.
- Utilize SAP to manage orders, inventory, and shipments, ensuring accurate tracking of customer orders.
- Ensure the accurate and efficient handling of export documentation, including understanding and applying Incoterms.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to resolve customer issues and improve the export process.
- Continuously monitor market trends and regulations to ensure compliance and optimize shipping strategies.

Requisitos:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, International Trade, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in export, logistics, or customer service in an international environment, preferably in the toy industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Incoterms, export processes, and international shipping logistics (both terrestrial and maritime).
- Strong proficiency in SAP and other ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
