Brief about the team

The Product Team at TATA 1MG plays a pivotal role in driving innovation and shaping the future of healthcare. As a member of our Product Team, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative group of professionals dedicated to revolutionizing the healthcare industry through technology-driven solutions.

Tata 1mg’s Care Plan is an industry leading healthcare subscription plan aimed at providing best-in-class services for all healthcare needs of their members. The Care plan product team is focused on driving customer acquisition, benefit utilization and user satisfaction leading to renewals by continuously improving the Care Plan benefits.

What will you do:

  • Lead a product line within the e-Pharmacy growth product team.
  • Be outcome-oriented; everything we do needs metrics and you will be expected to define and improve these metrics
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and build strategic roadmaps. You will be expected to work directly with Tata 1mg leadership along with leaders from key partners across the industry.
  • Structure & simplify high-level requirements into executables.
  • Collaborate with a team of engineers & analysts to craft comprehensive product strategy and requirements.
  • Drive a high bar for on-time delivery while setting high quality standards
  • Ensure features are built in a re-usable, extendable & configurable manner.
  • Travel to different cities to perform user research, gap analysis & create actionable technology roadmaps.
  • Define measures for evaluating product success.
  • Constantly create, maintain and own backlogs to deliver with your tech team.
  • Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across businesses, functions & products to define the best solution using Tata 1mg’s capabilities as a whole – beyond just the technology products.

What are we looking for :

  • Have 4-6 years of product experience
  • Prior experience in working as a product manager on digital consumer products
  • Strong backbone in communicating point of view, supporting vision with data, and building alignment with the internal teams
  • Very strong logical thinking capabilities and analytical skills
  • Structured thinking
  • Proactively deep dive and dig into data and KPIs to derive product & user insights.
  • Ability to lead multiple cross-functional teams with empathy.
