Founder Associate

We’re seeking a highly motivated and intellectually curious individual with a track record of success in fast-paced environments. You should be a problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys tackling complex challenges. Act as the last line of defence for any operational or strategic issue.

• 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment (e.g., venture capital, start-ups, strategy consulting, investment banking).
• A proven history of success across multiple disciplines, demonstrating top-tier performance in diverse areas such as product development, business development, strategy, and operations
• Exceptional analytical and structured thinking: You are a logical problem solver who can break down complex problems into actionable steps.
• Strong ability to work with data: Whether it’s financial analysis, market research, or operational metrics, you should be comfortable deriving insights from data and using it to inform decision-making.
• Basic SQL or Python for Data analytics is a plus
• STEM or quantitative background is highly desirable; ideally, you hold a degree from a globally recognized university

Key Responsibilities

• Work alongside the CEO: Serve as the CEO’s trusted right hand, taking on a wide range of critical tasks and strategic initiatives.
• Be the go-to person for tackling urgent, high-stakes issues that require immediate attention and execution.
• Fix underperforming aspects of the business: Identify areas within internal operations that are falling short and develop and implement solutions to turn them around.
• Design processes to make the business more efficient
• Drive cross-functional initiatives and priority projects for the company
• Manage Performance and Goal Setting
• Set up and maintain our legal and operational structure
