Job Description and Qualifications:
- Teach the team and organization to use agile and scrum practices and their methodologies Oversee scrum process and coach team; facilitate transparency, inspection and adaptation
- Lead daily scrum, sprint review and planning meetings in a way that ensures full team engagement
- Support Product Owner in release planning
- Remove obstacles (e.g. cultural barriers, logistical challenges)
- Foster close cooperation with all team members, promoting cross-training and supporting each other
- Facilitate communication and collaboration within and outside the team
- Protect the team from external interference and ensure the team is fully functional and productive
- Promote self-organization and growth within the team
- Generate agile mindset between team and Business through conversations, coaching and role plays
- Foster a reliable and safe environment
- Deep knowledge of relevant subjects/products/journeys
- Ability to promote innovative thinking and personal improvement within the team
- With the ability and security to navigate the team through different obstacles and allow the sprints to be completed on time
- Prior developer experience would be ideal
- Experience with Agile development, preferred as certified Scrum master (or similar role)
- Ability to coach team in agile practices and ensure adherence to agile methodology to deliver maximum value
- Not afraid to do what is best for the team

- Able to influence those around her/him
- Able to build a sense of trust and rapport that fosters a comfortable and effective work environment
