We are recruiting two Product Managers, each to have key ownership over a specific area of the product delivery framework: Content, and Player Experience.

Both positions are available to work 100% remotely from either Europe or Brazil.

The Product Manager drives the development of innovative, scalable, and customer-centric products aligned with the company’s vision, bridging business, technology, and user experience. With key ownership over specific areas of the product delivery framework, they oversee the product lifecycle, set strategies, prioritize features, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and collaborate cross-functionally to equip teams with the knowledge needed for successful development and implementation.

In addition to setting product strategies and prioritizing features, the Product Manager maintains deep expertise in the product’s features, user experience, and compliance with industry regulations. They also ensure internal teams are equipped with the necessary product knowledge to support successful development and implementation. The Product Manager works cross-functionally to set product strategies, prioritize features, and oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch.

? Responsibilities & the impact YOU will have on your owned area:

Product Strategy and Vision

• Define and share a product strategy aligned with business goals and market opportunities.
• Use market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify trends for the product area.

Product Development and Roadmap

• Manage the product roadmap, balancing business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
• Keep detailed product documentation to support teams and stakeholders.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Gather requirements and manage expectations with stakeholders.
• Present product plans and performance to the Head of Product and key stakeholders.

Execution and Delivery

• Manage end-to-end product development to deliver on time and within budget.
• Review changes to meet regulatory standards, user needs, and best practices.

Post-Launch Optimization

• Use data to enhance functionality, usability, and satisfaction.
• Work with customer success and support to resolve issues and find growth opportunities.

? All you need is…

• 4+ years of experience in the iGaming industry, with a strong focus on product knowledge and user experience.
• Proven expertise in product management, development, or a related role within the iGaming sector.
• Deep understanding of the iGaming industry, including market trends, user behavior, and regulatory landscape.
• Familiarity with different types of iGaming products (e.g., online casinos, sports betting, poker).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
