About the Role
As a Recruitment Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in sourcing and screening exceptional candidates for our critical business roles. Your proactive mindset, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively at speed will ensure we attract top-tier talent who align with our mission to be the UK’s leading wellbeing provider.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Use a variety of platforms and tools to identify and engage potential candidates for multiple crucial roles across the business.
- Screening Excellence: Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit with the team’s high-performance environment.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring an organised approach to tracking progress and feedback.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team and hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine sourcing strategies.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on recruitment trends and competitor hiring strategies, ensuring the business remains ahead in attracting the best talent.
- Process Optimisation: Support the recruitment team in streamlining and improving recruitment workflows and tools.
Ideal Candidate:
- 1-2 years of experience in sourcing and screening candidates, ideally in fast-growing companies.
- A strong passion for identifying exceptional talent and building meaningful candidate relationships.
- Clear and confident communicator with excellent command of the English language.
- Quick learner who thrives on challenges and easily masters new tools, techniques, and processes.
- Agile and adaptable, able to pivot priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Collaborative team player who excels at contributing to shared goals and fostering a supportive environment.
- Highly efficient and detail-oriented, delivering quality outcomes with speed and precision.
- Deep interest in health and wellbeing, aligning with Healf’s mission and values.
- Experience or knowledge in e-commerce is a significant advantage.
Nice to have:
- Proven ability to perform under pressure, gained through high-intensity environments.
- Experience working with international clients or companies, with regular communication in English.
- Background in industrial-organizational psychology or related fields.
- Demonstrated history of going above and beyond, whether academically, professionally, or through extracurricular achievements.
