The Role

Complete analytical project work, running data analysis in support of global projects.

Collate trends data, and craft storylines by interpreting various data sources.

Conduct research and summarize findings for review by colleagues.

Support advisory projects from end-to-end, providing data/information in pitch and proposal stages, join client pitches when required, and assist in executing client projects.

Maintain a proactive interest in industry trends and innovation.

Support senior leaders, from day-to-day meetings and calls, through to follow up and feedback management.

Share insights and knowledge with colleagues during team meetings.

Qualifications

The Requirements

Enthusiasm for analysis and research.

Strong problem-solving ability.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Some prior experience and/or interest in programming languages would be ideal.

Ability to absorb information quickly and possess time management skills.

Demonstrated understanding, passion and enthusiasm for topics related to work & rewards.

Prior experience within Human Capital consulting environment is an advantage.
