Process and Employee Experience Analyst

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Conduct regular follow-ups to track progress, address concerns, and obtain feedback on initiatives.
  • Collaborate with regions to gather requirements, understand expectations, and ensure alignment with global Nx projects.

Change Management Support:

  • Assist in implementing change management strategy to ensure a smooth transition during Nx projects.
  • Provide support in assessing the impact of changes and developing plans to address potential resistance.

Digitalization Project Participation:

  • Participate in the Digitalization projects, such as Workday Journeys.
  • Support and document User acceptance tests.
  • Provide support in optimizing Workday processes and addressing user concerns.

Communication Material Drafting:

  • Assist in developing communication plans, including drafting emails, presentations, and other materials to convey important information to employees and stakeholders.
  • Create clear and effective change management communications tailored to diverse audiences (HR Business Partners, Business Leaders, New Hires etc.)

Learning Material Creation:

  • Coordinate and support Design and develop onboarding learning materials, including training modules, guides, and presentations.
  • Ensure that learning materials align with the Nx projects.

Minutes of Meeting Creation:

  • Attend and document project meetings, ensuring accurate minutes are captured.
  • Distribute minutes promptly to relevant stakeholders, summarizing action items, decisions, and key discussions.

  • Years of Experience:
  • 2-3 years of experience
  • Proven experience in project coordination, change management, or employee onboarding.
  • Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
