Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Conduct regular follow-ups to track progress, address concerns, and obtain feedback on initiatives.
- Collaborate with regions to gather requirements, understand expectations, and ensure alignment with global Nx projects.
Change Management Support:
- Assist in implementing change management strategy to ensure a smooth transition during Nx projects.
- Provide support in assessing the impact of changes and developing plans to address potential resistance.
Digitalization Project Participation:
- Participate in the Digitalization projects, such as Workday Journeys.
- Support and document User acceptance tests.
- Provide support in optimizing Workday processes and addressing user concerns.
Communication Material Drafting:
- Assist in developing communication plans, including drafting emails, presentations, and other materials to convey important information to employees and stakeholders.
- Create clear and effective change management communications tailored to diverse audiences (HR Business Partners, Business Leaders, New Hires etc.)
Learning Material Creation:
- Coordinate and support Design and develop onboarding learning materials, including training modules, guides, and presentations.
- Ensure that learning materials align with the Nx projects.
Minutes of Meeting Creation:
- Attend and document project meetings, ensuring accurate minutes are captured.
- Distribute minutes promptly to relevant stakeholders, summarizing action items, decisions, and key discussions.

- Years of Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience
- Proven experience in project coordination, change management, or employee onboarding.
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
