Job Description

Milton Town School District is looking for a full-time district nurse prepared to share their energy and expertise with a team of nurses committed to a whole-child approach to education with an emphasis on health and wellbeing. The qualified candidate is a skilled school nurse who provides services to students PreK-12 and is prepared and uniquely qualified in preventative health, health assessment, and referral procedures. This is for FY25 only, with the potential of continuing the following school year.

Job Requirements

• Registered Nurse in VT or eligible for VT Registration VT State Teacher License or eligible for licensure Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a nursing program CPR and AED-certified Citizenship, residency, or work visa Able to comfortably lift twenty (20) to thirty (30) pounds and reposition weight up to one hundred and fifty (150) pounds
• At least 1 year(s) of relevant experience preferred.
• Bachelor degree preferred.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required
