Job Description
Our client is a well-established, creatively driven agency specializing in video-first marketing with deep expertise in B2B and select B2C campaigns. Known for their collaborative culture and long-tenured team, they’ve built trusted relationships with major brands while consistently producing exceptional work. They are seeking a dynamic SVP, Creative Director (must be from the Art Director side) to lead, inspire, and elevate their creative efforts while driving business growth and fostering client partnerships.
This is a HYBRID role, meaning anybody hired will have to live a commutable distance from the agency. The expectation is that employees should be in the office at least one day a week, in addition to special meetings and client interactions. If interested candidates are not currently living in/around Atlanta, our client will provide relocation assistance.

Key Responsibilities
- Creative Leadership: Direct and mentor a talented team of art directors, designers, copywriters, video storytellers, and content creators. Foster a culture of innovation and creative excellence.
- Vision & Strategy: Shape and communicate a compelling creative vision that aligns with agency and client goals.
- Campaign Excellence: Ensure top-tier creative output across all channels, including digital, social, broadcast, print, and out-of-home media. Actively contribute to creative development when needed.
- Client Interaction: Engage directly with clients to understand their needs, present ideas, and build strong relationships.
- New Business Development: Collaborate with the business development team on pitches, crafting standout presentations that resonate with client goals.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with account managers, strategists, and production teams to ensure project consistency and integrated approaches.
- Industry Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends, applying emerging technologies and cultural shifts to client work.
- Team Building: Expand the agency’s creative network by identifying top freelance talent and building relationships.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in creative roles, with at least 5 years managing creative teams.
- Strong digital and social-first fluency.
- Proven expertise in video content creation for digital and social platforms.
- Experience leading pitches and presenting client-centric creative strategies.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
