Position Summary:
We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented HR Operations Assistant to support the HR team in managing day-to-day HR activities. This role is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills who are interested in the operational aspects of human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Administration:
- Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases with accuracy.
Payroll Support:
- Support the payroll process by preparing and verifying employee data and attendance.
Compliance Management:
- Ensure HR processes adhere to company policies and legal regulations, including statutory compliance.
Employee Queries:
- Address employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures, providing timely resolutions.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare reports on HR metrics and maintain proper documentation for audits and reference.
Policy Implementation:
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and communicate updates to employees.
Training Coordination:
- Help organize training sessions, track participation, and maintain training records.
Onboarding and Exit Formalities:
- Support the onboarding process by managing documentation and coordinating induction programs, and assist with exit processes.
General HR Support:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team in various projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HR systems and tools is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively.

Location:
