Job Description
Your duties will include (but not limited to):
- Representing the hospital to multiple stakeholders including patients, doctors, employees, managers, human resources etc.
- Ensure governance requirements and complaint management are addressed within agreed timelines.
- Prepare agendas and accurately maintain meeting minutes.
- Prepare and send comms to employees, managers, and doctors on behalf of the Executive team.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and functions.
- Coordinate doctor credentialing process to grant medical privileges.
- General administrative support to the executive team.
- Respond to enquiries presented at executive reception.
Skills And Experience
- Highly emotionally intelligent and has an ability to adapt and interact with different personalities and contribute to our caring culture.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Effective time and task management skills.
- Flexibility and quick adaptability.
- Experience with Meditech, SAP and Mercury (desirable)

- Must provide aNational Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
