About The Department

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the operations of learning technology, including employee assignments for e-learning modules and maintenance of UOB Indonesia’s e-learning modules.
  • Monitor the completion of e-learning modules for employees who have been assigned.
  • Prepare regular reports and coordinate with stakeholders, including module owners, employee supervisors, Learning and Development, and HR Business Partners.- Manage training records and conduct data analysis, including attendance and training program evaluations.
  • Implement process improvements within the scope of training operations.
  • Ensure vendor records are in accordance with organizational standards and collaborate with learning program owners.
  • Oversee the management of learning data and administration, ensuring proper archiving.
  • Supervise payment processes related to training activities to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
