Marketing Assistant

Location: Atlanta, GA | Salary: $25 – $30 per hour | Schedule: Monday to Friday (8 hours/day)

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you’ll support the execution of innovative marketing strategies and campaigns while contributing to our mission of transforming brands.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and coordinating marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and audience insights.
• Collaborate with the creative team to design and produce promotional materials.
• Maintain and update content for the company’s website and social media platforms.
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics, offering recommendations for improvement.
• Support the organization and execution of events and product launches.
• Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, coordinating meetings, and maintaining marketing databases.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Canva, or social media management platforms.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior marketing or administrative experience is a plus but not required.
